I am a British Triathlon Level 3 High Performing Coach with Ironman University and Training Peaks accreditations.
I am a qualified Wattbike Advanced Practitioner and am also a professional bicycle mechanic.
I have a degree in Sport Science & Coaching and understand why and how to do things properly.
I have been a triathlete and cross triathlete for more than 10 years starting as a complete novice and have now raced at every distance including European and World Championship level.
With my knowledge and experience, I fully appreciate what is required to not only complete a triathlon, but how to compete in one as well.
My coaching experience includes several years as a club head coach, sitting on a British Triathlon Coaches Committee and coaching with the North West Regional Academy.
I coach a wide and diverse range of athletes from novices through to top end age groupers and offer bike FTP testing, bike servicing, bike fitting and anything else triathlon related.
I put together comprehensive individualised, structured and realistic training plans to ensure you reach your goals and swim, bike and run to your true potential.
All my indoor bike sessions are Zwift and Smart Trainer compatible.
As well as being a UK Anti-Doping Advisor, I’m also an ambassador for Generation UCAN and all PTC athletes will receive a discount code for UCAN products.
I believe in a coaching philosophy where communication, consistency and simplicity are key.
